Collimation Education / Partner guide

Plan a Community Learning Program.

Collimation Education works with community leaders to deliver hands-on learning in AI, extended reality (XR), storytelling, entrepreneurship, and creative technology. We bring program design, educators, and tools to the communities our partners already serve.

Before you start

Questions from community partners.

Who are the programs for?

We work with community organizations, schools and universities, workforce organizations, foundations, cities, conferences, and technology partners. The current platform launch is adult-first. Youth programs need a separately agreed scope and appropriate safeguarding arrangements.

What is Liquid Learning Labs?

Liquid Learning Labs connects company resources with programs planned by local leaders. Technology, funding, and expertise support Collimation Education; we work with local community leaders and builders to shape programs around their learners. Participants and educators report what they built, what worked, and what they need next. That information guides the next program.

What does a partner need to provide?

Start with the community you serve, what people want to learn, and who will coordinate locally. Then we discuss the location, devices, connectivity, accessibility needs, schedule, and available budget. Equipment and support responsibilities should be agreed before a program begins.

Do participants need technical experience or a VR headset?

Requirements depend on the selected activity. Tell us about the participants' experience and the equipment you have. We will discuss an appropriate starting point and confirm the tools needed before enrollment.

What are the dates, length, and cost?

There is no single published schedule or price for every community program. Pop-Up Universities are designed as one-day intensives; other formats are scoped with the partner. Request a proposal to confirm delivery dates, session length, included support, and costs.

Can I explore the course before signing up?

Explore the learning platform demonstration to see sample learning and review workflows. The records are fictional. The demonstration is not a confirmed enrollment, active scholarship application, or promise of course availability.

Are scholarships available?

The platform demonstration includes a rolling scholarship review workflow. Ask us about current funding, eligibility, application dates, and the review process for a specific program. Access to the demonstration does not mean a scholarship fund is open or that an award is guaranteed.

Does completing a program guarantee a job or an accredited qualification?

No employment, income, or accredited qualification is promised by this website. Confirm any specific completion recognition, employer involvement, or assessment requirements in the written program scope.

How do we start?

Use the community inquiry form on the main page or email learn@collimation.tv. Share your organization, who you serve, and the learning you want to offer. You do not need to send individual learner records to start a conversation.

How do I apply to teach or mentor?

Use the educator profile to share your experience, the skills you can teach, who you have worked with, your availability, and a PDF resume. Profiles are reviewed for specific programs. Submission does not guarantee an interview or assignment.

Website information

Your inquiry, tracking choices, and access.

What information does the inquiry form ask for?

The form asks for your name, email, organization or community, area of interest, and an optional message. Submitted inquiries are saved in the site's private lead system so the team can respond. Please do not submit student records, financial documents, health information, passwords, or a child's personal information here. This is a program inquiry form, not student onboarding.

What does the educator profile collect?

The educator profile asks for contact information, teaching or mentoring experience, subject areas, learner groups, availability, work links, and a PDF resume. The profile and resume are stored outside the public website. Authorized Collimation staff can access them through the owner workspace. Do not upload identification, financial records, student records, background-check documents, or health information.

How does optional referral tracking work?

If you arrive through a partner link, you can allow its document and partner codes to be associated with your visit and included with an inquiry. Optional tracking is off by default. Your choice and any permitted referral record use this browser tab's session storage. You can turn tracking off below; the form still works. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep this optional tracking off.

Does turning off optional tracking stop every network request?

No. The website still needs to load pages, images, and videos, and the inquiry form still sends the details you choose to submit. The main page also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive connection information such as an IP address. Optional referral choices do not control hosting security logs, Google Fonts, or separate websites you visit.

Can I ask about my information?

Email learn@collimation.tv with a website privacy question or a request concerning information you submitted. Do not attach identification or sensitive records to an initial request. This section describes the website's current functions; it is not a complete statement of every privacy right or organizational data policy.

What if I need help accessing the site or a program?

The website includes keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images, playback controls, and reduced-motion support. If something prevents you from using it, email learn@collimation.tv with the page and the problem. Tell us about program access needs during planning without including medical details. We have not claimed a formal accessibility certification.

Let's discuss your community.

Start with the people, the skills they want to build, and the resources already around them.
