Privacy notice

Updated September 18, 2026. This notice covers Collimation Education inquiry and profile forms, referral links, and Collimation Learn accounts where account access is available.

Information you provide

Forms collect the details you enter, including your name, contact information, organization, program interests, and resources you can currently access. Educator profiles may include experience, expertise, preferred rates, availability, and a resume. Please do not submit passwords, government identification, payment details, medical information, or personal information about children in these forms.

How that information is used

We use submissions to respond to inquiries, review educator and partner profiles, plan programs, allocate available resources, and prepare proposals. Submitting a profile does not approve a partnership or teaching assignment. Authorized staff can review saved records. Information included in a proposal PDF is visible to anyone you share that PDF with.

Accounts and Google sign-in

Where Google sign-in is available, it requests your name, email address, and basic profile for account access. It does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive. Google sign-in does not grant staff access, approve an application, or enroll you in a course. Google and the authentication provider process account information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Hosting and connected services

The education website and intake records use SiteGround. Collimation Learn uses Vercel for hosting and is designed to use Supabase for authentication and protected records when connected. Configured integrations can send intake and resource records to our working spreadsheets and internal operations tools. Hosting and service providers may process connection and security logs. Some pages load fonts from Google. We do not publish submitted resumes or contact details in the public course preview.

Cookies, referrals, and email links

Sign-in uses necessary session storage or cookies. The education site's optional referral measurement follows the tracking choice shown on the site. You can change that choice using the tracking settings link. Invitation links may identify which invitation was used and whether its signup was completed. The invitation system does not use invisible email-open tracking pixels. A clicked link does not prove that a person read an email or completed a program.

Saved records and your requests

Submitted profiles, inquiries, and proposals are saved for staff follow-up and program administration. There is no automatic expiration date for these records in the current system. Ask us to correct or remove your information by emailing learn@collimation.tv. Include the email address used on your submission, but do not send identification documents with your initial request. We may need to confirm that the record belongs to you. Backup copies, security records, and information that must be retained for an applicable obligation may require separate handling.

Age and accessibility

The current online account release is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not enter information about a child. Contact learn@collimation.tv to discuss youth programs separately, report a privacy concern, or request help using a form.
